Teaching the Instructor courses and using the professional EFR materials. " I love the way EFR have structured their courses to min classroom time and mainly focus on practical practice. All theory is pre leanrt at home (send out a manual and DVD) and we just review their completed questions with open discussions and follow up with an exam then 85% of the time practicing skills and scenarios."
